Delete your Maipo account

You can delete your account and all your data whenever you want.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap the “+” button and then “Account”.
3. Choose “Delete my account”.
4. Type your password (and your two-step code, if you have one) and the word BORRAR.

Want to take your data with you first? In the app: “+” button → “Account” → “Download my data”.

If you can no longer log in

Write to us at felipe@maipo.us from the email you used to create the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll reply to confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, your profile, your workouts, your meals and their photos, your weight and measurements, your goals and everything you connected. It is deleted from the server right away.

What stays for a while

Encrypted backups keep your data for up to 7 days on the server and up to about 3 months in the administrator's copies; after that it disappears. What the artificial intelligence cost stays in MAIPO LLC's accounting, without your name.
